As part of our development, we are looking for a GDP-compliant warehouse located in the immediate vicinity of Brussels Airport, with the following characteristics: • 15–25°C zone: 700 to 800 m² • 2–8°C zone: 180 to 200 m² • –18 to –22°C zone: 20 to 30 m² • Continuous temperature monitoring and recording • Security system and access control We would like to conclude a lease of 2 to 5 years and be able to work on site with our own staff. Could you please inform us whether your current or future facilities can meet these needs, as well as the associated technical and pricing conditions?
