Hello, I am contacting you regarding a somewhat unusual request. This is a group of architecture students from the University of Liège who are looking for a warehouse of ±600 m² for a period of one month. The objective is to build large models as part of their university projects. Details: Desired location: within a 30 km radius of Liège Rental period: move in as soon as possible, move out on November 12th Available budget: 3,500 euros for the month Intended use: assembly and work on large models (no industrial activity) We understand that this is not a common request and that the short duration may be a constraint for some owners. That said, perhaps a larger warehouse with temporarily unused space could be suitable for this type of project.
